2.1.4 Target group education and continued advocacy on national drug policies based on the essential drugs concept and generic medicines
HAIAP recognises that there is an urgent need to promote national drug policies that recognise the essential medicines concept. Therefore, it will continue to advocated for better implementation of national drug policies based on the essential medicines concept. This shall be carried out via workshops, seminars, information sharing and dissemination through a variety of means, educating target groups such as consumers and supporting key individuals in national policy-making fora.
